Giuseppe Rossi - IULM Milano

Giuseppe Rossi is professor of comparative private law at the IULM University – Milan. His main research interests are in the fields of antitrust, media and telecommunications law, unfair competition and consumer protection.
He is a founding partner of the law firm Rossi Molino Daffara Mandis, with offices in Milan and Turin.
His recent publications include Illecito antitrust e tutela del consumatore, Torino, 2009, a comparative study on private law aspects of antitrust wrongs, with specific reference to damages actions from consumers and their representatives.
