Cancellation of registration:

BEFORE April 30, 2011: full refund minus handling fee of 25 Euros.

AFTER May 1, 2011 TO May 15, 2009: 60% of registration fee will be refunded

AFTER May 15, 2011: no refund.

Cancellations should be sent to Lear - Via di Monserrato, 48 - 00186 Roma. Please, note that cancellation should be sent in writing to Lear. Telephone cancellation can not be considered. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the close of the Lear Conference. The request of refunds should be sent by 10 September. After this date, no request can be considered. The Conference Secreteriat reserves the right to charge the administration fee of 20 Euros.
