Michele POLO - Bocconi University Milan


Michele Polo is Full Professor in Economics  and Vice-Rector at Bocconi University. His research interests are in Industrial Organization, Competition Policy, Regulation and Law and Economics. He has published several books and articles in international journals including the Journal of Industrial Economics, the International Journal of Industrial Organization, the European Economic Review and Economic Policy.  He has been a member of the European Advisory Group on Competition Policy of the Chief Economist of EU DG Competition, where he contributed to the Report  "An Economic Approach to Article 82". He has worked in several antitrust cases in Bruxelles and Rome.  Michele holds a MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University.
