WHAT MAKES COMPETITION POLICY WORKS? Frédéric JENNY - French Supreme Court Frederic Jenny is Professor of Economics at ESSEC, visiting professor at University College London, Judge in the French Supreme Court (Cour de cassation), Chairman of the OECD Competition Committee and Non Executive Director of the Office of Fair Trading in London. He was previously Vice Chair of the French Competition Authority (Conseil de la Concurrence ) and Chairman of the WTO working group on the interaction between trade and competition. He holds a Ph.D in Economics from Harvard University, a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Paris, and an MBA degree from Essec Business School. He has extensively written on antitrust, international trade and development issues. |
