WHAT MAKES COMPETITION POLICY WORKS? Alfonso PAPA MALATESTA - University of Calabria Alfonso Papa Malatesta teaches competition law at the University of Calabria and lectures on competition law and financial markets at the Master in European Business Law of the Pallas Consortium of European Universities, held at the University of Essex. He is a partner in the law firm Visentini, Marchetti and Associates in Rome. He is also a researcher at the CERADI-LUISS University Research Center for Business Law in Rome. Alfonso has published extensively in the field of competition law and litigation and has recently co-authored “Competition Law in Western Europe and the USA. Italy/Commentary", National Surveys, Volume A, I.C. I/IV (with F. Chirico), Kluwer, Deventer, 2009. Alfonso studied law at the LUISS University in Rome and at the “Europa Institut” of the Amsterdam University. |
